Hi! I'm Adriana - a dedicated, adaptable professional caregiver with over eight years of hands-on experience supporting children and adults of all ages and abilities. I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the BACB and currently balance a caseload from toddlers to adults. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring individuality - always centering autonomy, dignity, and strengths. While formal training gave me a strong foundation, I believe experience is the best teacher. Growing up with my brother who has autism taught me early on the value of patience, flexibility, and connection. Over the years, I've supported children with behavioral needs, emotional regulation, academic growth, and daily routines - always meeting them where they're at. Whether I'm engaging in play, helping with schoolwork, or offering steady support, my goal is to create a safe, affirming space where families feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves!
