Addie is a lovely nanny to our 11 month old daughter. She’s been with us full time for the last two months. She is PROMPT (I don’t think she’s been late even once), WILLING (this was missing from our last nanny), and adaptable (I am often giving Addie different directions, sometimes even minute by minute). It took a couple weeks for our princess to warm up to her but that’s because baby is in the stranger danger age. Responsibilities: Addie takes care of baby, our two cats, and performs light housework. Baby duties: She sweeps/mops the baby’s play room every morning + puts away toys at the end of the day, cooks my baby breakfast + lunch, gives her the bottle + washes them in the dishwasher, plays with my baby, changes diapers + clothes, does laundry (wash, dry, fold) + washes blowouts, puts her to sleep, and even puts together a daily report (at my request) so I can know what my baby might need after she’s gone. Cat duties: feeds cats breakfast + lunch daily, changes both water bowls daily, tops off dry food. Light housework: puts dirty dishes in dishwasher + starts the dishwasher before she leaves, wipes off countertops, takes out the trash, and has helped make beds + sweep/vacuum rooms other than the baby’s room when we’ve had people coming over. We are moving out of Vegas and have tried to get Addie to come with us. So suffice it to say that we would hire her again.
