About Claryn

Hi! My name is Claryn, and I'm 21 years old. I recently returned from serving an LDS mission in Brazil and am currently a student studying to become a seminary teacher. I am from Oregon and come from a big, loving family and am the middle of five children! I began working with children at age 12 and have since gained experience as a nanny and in elementary school classrooms. I also studied elementary education at BYU for a year, which gave me a strong foundation in child development and teaching. I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teens, and I am comfortable adapting to each child's needs. I am CPR certified and speak both Portuguese and Spanish. I am also happy to help with tutoring and homework. I love being active with kids through sports, outdoor play, creativity, and reading. I would describe myself as friendly, approachable, reliable, and kind, and I truly enjoy being with and helping to care for children!
