I'm passionate about creating engaging and supportive learning environments. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, setting them up for long-term success in Math and Science. By actively listening and observing how students interact with new material, I tailor my approach to suit their individual learning style. I also value regular check-ins with parents and seek feedback to ensure we're all on the same page. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps to keep students motivated. Communication is key to building trust and fostering a collaborative environment. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing those "aha!" moments and seeing a student's confidence soar. I have a High School Degree and am comfortable tutoring students from elementary through high school. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, a library, school, or coffee shop. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
