Hi! I'm Addison, and I'm passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a genuine love for learning. I believe every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn and grow. With the right resources and support tailored to their needs, every child has the ability to succeed. My tutoring approach is personalized and student-centered. I keep students motivated through encouragement, positive reinforcement, and celebrating small successes. I value communication with parents and students to understand needs, track progress, and build a trusting relationship. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and Care in Inclusive Settings from UMass Boston, an EEC certification, and classroom experience with students from Pre-K through 3rd grade. I love watching students gain confidence as they discover what they're capable of!
