About Addison

I have over a decade of experience working with children, from newborns to 12 years old. I worked as a nurse assistant in a NICU, supporting nurses and providing hands-on care and comfort to newborns. For the past decade I've been a nanny for a family in my hometown and have also babysat for many others families. I also worked as a culinary camp counselor, leading up to 20 kids at a time. I'd describe myself as caring, active, and creative. I love working with kids because of their joyful, curious outlook. I hope to build a meaningful connection with a family and be someone their kids can trust and grow with. I've worked with kids since I was eight, starting as a mother's helper. In my free time, I love hiking, climbing, Pilates, skiing, and doing crafts-and I enjoy bringing kids along to explore the outdoors. I connect naturally with children and easily enter their world to understand how they see things. My top skills are creativity, a comforting presence, and long-term reliability.
