We went through a few over the phone interviews to be sure this seemed a good fit. We finally did meet and she brought her new baby to interview. I love children (this is why we're all getting care right?) but I was a bit surprised she didn't say anything about this at first. Then we finally agreed and she was to start the following week. The night before she was to start she sent me a text to say she couldn't know she had had all weekend to let us know rather than late Sunday evening when she was planned to be there the next day.
