Hello! I am an experienced behavioral health professional with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and several years of experience supporting individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs. I currently work as a Behavior Consultant, helping individuals develop coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and independent living skills. I also have experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and various mental health needs. My background includes working as direct care staff, a group home supervisor, and a program coordinator. I have also facilitated domestic violence survivor classes and provided education on healthy relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, coping strategies, and life skills. I am patient, dependable, and compassionate and can assist with companionship, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and daily routines.
