I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a strong background in both healthcare and child development. I previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for three years, where I provided hands-on care, support, and assistance to individuals with varying needs. That experience built a strong foundation in patience, empathy, safety, and attentive care. I currently serve as an Operations Manager at an ABA center, where I work closely with children on the autism spectrum. In this role, I collaborate with clinical teams, support families, and help ensure high-quality care for children with diverse developmental needs. Working with children on the spectrum has been incredibly rewarding and has strengthened my skills in communication, structure, and individualized support.
