I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I'm also comfortable with pets. I became a caregiver to provide families with reliable support.
