I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. It would be my pleasure to offer your family peace of mind knowing your loved one is in caring hands.
