Caring for others has always been a natural part of who I am. I began by looking after my mother and sisters, and for the past 2 years I've worked as a caregiver, supporting seniors with compassion and respect. I am also experienced in dementia and Alzheimer's care, offering patience and gentle communication to ensure safety and dignity. Beyond daily tasks, I focus on companionship--engaging seniors through conversation, reading, light exercise, or activities that bring them joy. Families describe me as dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail. I'm also a continuous learner who enjoys reading and improving my caregiving skills.
