About Ada

Hello! My name is Ada, and I am a 26-year-old graduate student at Columbia University. I started babysitting when I was 15 years old, and throughout high school and college I worked as a ski instructor during the winter and a camp counselor during the summer. Post-undergrad I moved to Spain to teach English in a primary school to children aged 3-14. Following that, I moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where I worked as a Field Instructor for an outdoor science school, leading participants aged 5-85, through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. I am CPR certified, and I had my wilderness EMT certification before it expired this year while living in New York. When I am not studying or in class, I enjoy running outside, cooking meals with and for friends, playing guitar and mandolin, learning new languages, reading non-academic materials, and learning new games (board or card)! I have one year of grad-school left, so I can extend positions through the year.
