I cherish being with young children, and am most caring and attentive. My experience comes from caring for infants and very young children. in the last two plus years I have worked as a nanny. I love the open heartedness, nourishment and awareness of pure being babies crave, and the joy, wonder and presence of young children. I have a BA in psychology and an LPN degree. I am knowledgeable in the areas of alternative medicine, nutrition, and spirituality. I co-owned a thriving organic vegetable and fruit farm business for many years. I am flexible and willing to help in many areas, including cleaning, if using healthy products. I believe in trying to be very positive with children, as they take things very much to heart. I love pets, and enjoy being an overall support to a family.

Abby has been the backbone in our little family since we hired her in February 2022. She is a hard worker, dependable and puts her heart and soul into caring for our son. Abby makes him healthy food outside of her working hours that she knows he'll love and brings it with her to work. (Something we certainly don't require). She also goes out of her way to find unique toys for him that she knows he'll love. Abby is deeply kind, loving and is very well educated in the Waldorf approach, without being dogmatic. One of my most favorite things about Abby is that she never on her phone which is something that I believe is rare for caretakers, (since, let's face it, sometimes caring for an infant can be both exhausting and isolating). She is always in nature with him, instilling his creativity and love for the outdoors. She lives a peaceful life, and inspires our family to do the same. If you want you want your child to feel utterly supported and cared for, I highly recommend Abby!
