About Abigail

Hi! My name is Abby! I am a grad student in the last year of my Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health programs. I have been working with youth and families for over seven years. Young people are full of energy, wonder, and curiosity. I believe in play-based learning, spending time outside, and a youth-driven, collaborative approach. I'm looking for a job where I am able to support families, help children reach their educational goals, and create a positive environment for young people to learn and grow. I have paid childcare experience with K-12 youth and began working with kids when I was 16. I also have food safety training, housekeeping experience, and social work experience. I have a valid drivers license and a well-maintained, safe, SUV. I am happy to provide my resume upon request. In my spare time, | like to go hiking, listen to music, try out different cafes and restaurants, and do arts & crafts. I am looking forward to working with you!
