Hi there! I'm Abby, and working with kids has always been one of my favorite things to do. Over the years, l've had the joy of helping kids learn, play, and grow in all sorts of ways. I worked as a rowing instructor at the Chicago Training Center with awesome kids ages 8-14, spent two summers leading games and activities with 7-10-year-olds at the Chicago Park District, and even coached the tiniest soccer stars (ages 5-6) at Christ Church of the Valley. On top of that, l've done plenty of babysitting throughout high school, so I know how to keep kids safe, entertained, and happy-whether we're making crafts, playing outside, or winding down with a story. I'm energetic, patient, and genuinely love connecting with each child's unique personality. My goal is always to create a fun, positive environment where kids feel safe and parents feel confident. Abigail is one of the best child care providers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I met Abigail 4 years ago and from the moment I met her, I liked her. I invited her to a trial playdate with my children and they immediately took to her. She was punctual and highly creative. She came up with fun activities on the spot and was patient when working with them. I could tell this was one of her passions. It showed through her interactions and my children did not want the playdate to end. Over the years, she has become like family. She is highly trustworthy and dependable. Abigail is also an excellent role model for my children. She leads by example pursing her academic studies as well as committing to serve as a caregiver. I highly recommend Abigail to anyone who is looking for someone that they can trust with their children. Her resume speaks for itself but I have experienced her wonderful presence first hand. You will not be disappointed.
