Winter has been a reliable nanny for our family from when our son was 3 months old to about 2 and a half years old. She is professional, kind, and extremely attentive to the child/children she is working with. She comes prepared with daily activities and suggestions to help with child development. She also communicates well with us as parents and will share key insights and experiences from the day. She is also hard working and very respectful. I could not recommend her more as a nanny. She is a gem in the nanny field.
