About Abigail

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible! I like working with kids because of their energy, curiosity, and honesty. Every day brings something new, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help them learn, grow, and discover their potential. My mom is a teacher, so I've always loved working with kids, and my future career, being a speech pathologist, is highly child oriented! I'm a recent college graduate with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a minor in Psychology and a minor in Autism Spectrum Disorders. In the fall, I will be attending graduate school to get my masters! While new to professional child care, I do have experience babysitting my cousins, providing engaging activities and helping with after-school meals and homework, and I'm ready to create a fun, supportive environment while gaining valuable experience and supporting your family's needs.
