Hi my name is Abby I'm 40 years old. I have 10+ years experience as a live out nanny. I also worked as lead teacher in an infant room at Nestle Purina Child development center ( ages 6mos-1year). CPR and first aid trained. I can meal prep and keep up on children's laundry and light housekeeping. Only looking for part time but I can be flexible with hours as needed. I have worked as a medical scheduler for the last couple of years and missed being a nanny. I love being outside, baking together, arts and crafts. I can also help teach the basics of sign language, Spanish, and French. I love animals and learning about them with kids! Abby is the “diamond in the rough” nanny that you’re looking for. If I could hire her again I would do it in a heartbeat - the only reason she wasn’t our nanny for longer is because we moved across the country and couldn’t convince her to follow us! She started when son was 18 months old and she was with our family for over one year, seeing our toddler through a crucial developmental time. We got to see her interact with our newborn when she was born and I know she has experience with kids of many ages - would have loved to have her be our daughter’s nanny too. She is very loving, warm and responsible. She was extremely reliable, was always punctual and very easy to communicate with. She always went above and beyond, coming up with activities, bringing books from the library, researching developmentally appropriate crafts and toys to enrich our son’s days. It was clear that she cared deeply and our son loved her very much. If you’re looking for an engaged, safe, fun and loving nanny - she’s the one for you.
