About Abigail

As a newly graduated teacher it would be ideal to find a caregiving job where I can tutor in school subjects like math or reading. However, I am also open to helping families with simple tasks such as taking kids to sports or doing housekeeping. Whatever is asked of me I promise to always follow caregiving instructions from parents/guardians. I have experience working with elementary aged kids as I student taught in a kindergarten classroom and taught 5th grade math and science for a year. I don't have any caregiving experience but I love kids and took many child development courses. In my spare time, I like to dance and spend time outside in nature. Some other hobbies include coloring, painting, and some gardening. One of my weaknesses is behavior management but I am continuing to learn and am confident I can be firm enough to uphold any responsibility asked of me. I am open to being a housemaid as well and not just caregiving.
