I understand that each person has a unique story, and I prioritize learning about their preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm experienced in providing transportation, running errands, home health, and medical management. I'm also equipped to handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with care and understanding. I communicate openly with families through written daily reports, regular text or phone updates, and by respecting their preferred method of communication. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Though my formal education includes some high school, my real education comes from hands-on experience and a genuine desire to provide the best possible care.
