Direct Care Professional (DCP) Provide daily support and care to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and daily living tasks while maintaining dignity and respect. Support residents with household responsibilities including cleaning, laundry, cooking meals, and completing daily chores to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Facilitate recreational activities and social engagement to encourage independence and improve quality of life. Assist with budgeting and money handling when needed. Provide companionship and emotional support while monitoring residents' well-being and ensuring their needs are met throughout the day.
