About Abbi

Hi there, my name is Abbi and I'm a thoughtful and determined 23-year-old looking for a full time job with a minimum commitment of one year. I will be moving from the town of Ballston to Latham during the first week of September. I previously have worked with seniors in an independent living facility as a server. Throughout this job I've gained strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various situations with compassion and patience. I believe the skills I gained from working with the some of the oldest individuals will be transferable in caring for the some of the youngest. While I do not have much previous experience outside of my family, I strive to embrace a growth mindset, and am eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and experiences. I have a car, I'm reliable, I don't smoke, and am willing to become certified in CPR and first aid. I have my bachelors degree in psychology, and I'm a safe driver with a clean record. I love animals, reading, cooking, and God!
