About Kiara

Hello! My name is Kiki. I'm a college student, and some of my hobbies include baking, cooking, sewing, crafting, & reading. I prioritize communicating to parents as much possible in terms of expectations. Most of my enjoyment from working with kids and teens is helping them feel more confident and secure! I've worked with elementary, middle, and high school students, including some AP/IB coursework, college apps, & PSAT/SAT/ACT prep. I like making subjects more approachable and helping students become more independent. I have extensive experience working as a swim instructor (infants through adults) & lifeguard. I'm happy to help with cooking, cleaning, homework, and bedtime routines, and also plan fun activities. I always focus on patience and positive reinforcement. I have a varied schedule, so one-time or occasional jobs are preferred.
