About Aaron

Making a positive impact on children's lives is something very important to me. I have experience as a Preschool teacher and I am currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician. I've enjoyed working with kids ranging from 4 years old through middle school with various needs ranging from autism, down syndrome, or just neurotypical but needing a little extra help. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and I work with families to understand what is most important to them about their children's care. I'm happy to engage with children through whatever makes them the most comfortable. This could be going on a bike ride or exploring nature, playing a game of catch, or just hanging on the couch and watching movies.
