About Aaliyah

With a heart full of compassion and a calling rooted in personal experience, I bring not only skill but deep empathy to my work as an infant caregiver. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Medication Aide, I am professionally trained to provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care. But beyond the credentials, my passion for caring for children, especially newborns, comes from a place of gratitude. I was once a NICU baby myself, and I've never forgotten the love and dedication that helped me begin life on the right foot. Today, I see my work as a way of giving back, returning the care that was once given to me by supporting families and nurturing little ones through their most delicate and precious early months. From feeding, diapering, and sleep routines to early developmental stimulation and safety monitoring, I strive to create a calm, loving, and developmentally supportive environment for each baby in my care.
