About Jameria

Ja’Meria has been our summer nanny for this summer of 2025 for our two twin girls while they have been 7-9 months. While we also have a nanny for our 2.5 year old son, Ja’Meria plays with our son while the girls are taking naps because she is truly passionate about kids. We would have kept Ja’Meria long-term except for the fact that we are having all three of our kids start school/daycare this fall as we are new to the area and want them to meet some other children. Ja’Meria is an incredible nanny who arrives on time, takes direction well (never forgets the girls schedule), and anticipates instead of reacts (e.g., when formula, baby food, diapers, baby wipes, etc. are running low she lets me know). Every interaction she has with our girls is very thoughtful. We are a zero screen time family for our kids and she respects that. Ja’meria plans out each day with lots of activities that may include walks outside, indoor and outdoor tummy time with age appropriate toys, practice sitting and standing, reading books, singing songs, playing music and doing arts and crafts (yes, arts and crafts – it is adorable). What ever family gets her next will not want to let her go. We debated holding our girls back from school a year to keep Ja’Meria.
