This position would be during the day Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-3. I work from home and my husband works Wednesdays and would be around Thursdays but would be working on house items or running errands. We do have a sweet 8 y/o lab mix, but she usually sleeps in my office while I work. O. loves books, puzzles, playtime and of course snacks. She is an easy care. But we need to keep hey motivated. She is a smoker and has pets. About the care needs: We are looking for a caregiver that is a very or going person as my mom is. Someone that is willing to be a caregiver and also give companionship. Muddy like animals can do light housekeeping, meal prep and keep an eye on her blood sugars which is really as my mom has a monitor for that. Also medication reminders. My mom is a smoker. Looking to hire a sitter who can stay with us more than just the summer. Our daughter is 9 & our son is almost 6. Mom may have appointments & errands but would be home most of the time. We would like the sitter to make it as if Mom wasn't here. We'd like the sitter to initiate & help clean up activities with them indoors and outdoors. We have lots of craft & art supplies, games, movies & toys for inside. For outside, the sitter would take them swimming (in summer), supervise bike riding, outside play with friends (make sure they're distancing as Mom has a compromised immune system), explore, take walks/hikes and so on. We would also like help with folding laundry, putting on clean bed linens & coaching the kids through clean up & chores as needed. We're able to pay up to $100 a week for up to 8 hrs which could be spread across 1-3 days.
