Looking for afternoon care 2 days a week and weekends. Mainly for our toddler who is developmentally delayed. He walks but is working on balance and uses minimal language. I also have a newborn who doesn't currently need care but perhaps as he gets older, and older children who mainly will be home but mostly self sufficient. Stay at home mom so most times someone will be here but if I run errands I may need the older kids looked after. Someone active and good with schedules is a plus. We are very outdoorsy and like for the kids to be outside.
