About who needs care: My father has diabetes and blood pressure he takes daily meds for both. He will need help, getting in and out of bed, bathing and his breakfast and lunch made for him. Also make sure he is taken his meds. My father likes to watch TV I would love for him to get up and move around a little every so often to keep his strength up. About the care needs: A caregiver who loves what they do and will give good care to my father as if it was one of there loved ones needing the help. Skills at least someone who has worked in the caregiver field for at least 1yr or more working with elderly adults. I am a full time 911 dispatcher. I work 12hr overnight shifts. I have a family of 4 kids. My husband also works full time. All of our kids are in sports, so when I am off work I'm taking them to their practices. I have zero time to put into my home and it is my favorite place to be! Mama needs a hand.
