Once there, I would need the individual to look after my toddler and 9-year-old until 8:30 p.m. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I would need said individual to pick toddler up from daycare at 6:15 pm, meet my 9-year-old at her gymnastics facility, Wait until her practice is over with, and then transport both children to my home for care until 8:30 p.m.

This job consists of picking my 9-year-old son up from school Tue - Fri afternoons, providing supervision until 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and getting him ready and dropping him off by 8 a.m. at school on Thursday and Friday mornings. Saturday mornings provide supervision until noon. Care for him will consist of helping him with self-care, serving him meals, and administering any required insulin. The two biggest keys to caring for my son is managing his Type 1 diabetes and his autistic behaviors. My son loves to be around people. The biggest challenge to providing care for him is when he is required to do things he doesn't want to do. He can become very stubborn and pout or have temper tantrums at these times.
