Assisting with activities of daily living, doing community outings, and assisting with homework are some examples of necessary activities. Responsibilities / Assist Clients with: Help clients reach their individualized goals, help to promote communication skills, and increase socialization opportunities Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing Prepare meals and snacks and feeding Assist with dispensing medication Complete daily charting. Provide supervision and transportation to community activities.
