About the job
We are seeking a patient and compassionate respite support worker to provide emotional and practical assistance to 2-3 adult women with special needs, on an individual basis. In this role, you'll make a significant difference in the quality of life for these girls and their family. Responsibilities: -Help with domestic tasks, including cooking, cleaning, planning, and shopping -Support physical wellness with active activities, medication management, and daily living skills -Occasionally transporting to and from appointments, stores, and other errands -Be available 8-16 hours a week with a flexible availability Qualifications: -Service-oriented with a passion for helping people -Ability to build strong relationships -Proven compassionate and patient demeanor -Time management skills and the willingness to prioritize the needs of client
