We seek a compassionate Family Support Specialist to assist a family with three children, focusing on our sweet and affectionate 11-year-old with physical and developmental challenges. Primary role will be to support him with daily tasks, enhance our son's independence, and foster a positive home environment. Patience, reliability and cheerfulness are essential! Responsibilities: - Assist with personal care and daily - Collaborate with PT and family on therapeutic activities - Communicate with the family throughout the day - Transportation as needed Qualifications: - Experience in special education or related fields. - Acceptance & understanding of physical and cognitive differences. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
