It will be once every two weeks or around twice a month and very flexible on timing. If goes exceptionally well possibly weekly but starting at once every two weeks for a few hours. You'll be a friend. Mentor. Someone who shares skills they have. Encouraging patient mellow but also proactive. You can handle special needs because you have that tenderness. It's not just a job. You want to form a connection. Can just be walks or games and will provide money for food and events sometimes. Very similar to actual big brothers. Looking for someone at least a year.
