Part-time Childcare For Two Boys With Special Needs

Need childcare for our 2 sons. Hoping for someone w/ special needs experience (w/ trauma or autism a plus) and/or willing to learn/attend virtual training. We began fostering our boys in 2016, adopting them in 2017. Our eldest (14) spent 5 yrs in foster care & has complex developmental trauma; youngest (9) has ASD. Both amazing kids - smart, creative, sweet, funny - w/ some unique challenges. Looking for someone to provide engaged care, empathy & support, ok w/ city transport, able to play hard/get outside, & comfortable in the heart of Flatbush (where we live). Need support 3 days/wk (Tues/Wed/Thur: school pickup for our youngest in Carroll Gardens @ 2:25, transport to activities/therapies/back home,, help w/dinner, & time w/ both boys until 7:30), & occasional date night.
