Looking for an experienced energetic ABA Therapist to work with my non-verbal 28-yo son with autism in our home and the community. The goal of the work is caring for his well-being, increasing his curiosity, communication skills and level of independence in life skills. Responsibilities: * Engage in activities/listening/conversation, Teach functional communication and adult living skills (Exercise, walks, books, etc.), General Supervision, Basic food and material preparations, Ensure safety, health, and a clean-living environment. Qualifications: * Affectionate, Ability to be playful and engaging, Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and interest to learn, Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, Reliable and Responsible. * At least 2 sessions per week (ideally more) * Sessions 4 hours or longer *experience is aMUST
