About the job
We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced individual to provide essential respite care and focused social interaction for our 13-year-old son with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cystic Fibrosis (CF). This specialized role requires approximately 15 hours per week (afternoons/evenings/weekends). The ideal candidate must be dedicated to consistency, structure, and proactive health maintenance.
