We are looking for a compassionate and responsible caregiver to support a bright, joyful, neurodivergent 9-yr-old. Location(s): Home and/or outdoor-based school, both within 10 minutes of UMD & CSS. Duties: Support learning and development through academics, guided play, outdoor fun, social interaction, self-care, role modeling, light housekeeping, and transportation if you have a reliable car. Scheduling: This flexible position is scheduled around your availability for 3-35 hours/week in the school and/or home environment. Pay & perks: starting at $15-29/hour, with raises, paid leave, bonuses, insurance subsidy, and training.
