Job Description: Give in home and community support to a sweet individual with intellectual disabilities. Duties & Responsibility: Keep client engage at home with arts and crafts, home chores, watching tv shows, playing card games, and baking. Help client clean, organize, pick up after self, build and reinforce good habits. Transport client to local community (stores, library, etc.). Facilitate hydration, movement, and enrichment breaks. Celebrate every accomplishment of goals big or small. Skills, competencies/ Characteristics Desired: Have strong clear English communication skills. Can create safe and respectful space. Prior experience in education or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred. Female Employee preferred. Requirements: Valid U. S. work authorization Reliable transportation.
