We are seeking a compassionate, experienced nanny or caregiver to join our family and support our wonderful 6-year-old daughter, who is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. Our current nanny is leaving to pursue further education but is available to share her valuable insights and experience with interested candidates. Key Responsibilities . Provide attentive, patient, and structured care . Engage our daughter with developmentally appropriate, enriching activities . Support her communication efforts and sensory integration needs . Assist with diaper changing . Ensure her safety and comfort throughout the day . General, light housekeeping . Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) . Comfortable managing occasional resistance or dysregulation calmly and effectively . Willingness to change diapers . Able to pass a comprehensive background check . Comfortable with dogs and cats in the home Our daughter is an affectionate, joyful, and funny child who brightens our lives every day.
