Personal Care Assistant For 2-Year-Old With Developmental Delays

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable personal care assistant to help care for our 2-year-old son who has developmental delays and a feeding tube. DETAILS - Hours: Flexible but ideally 3-9 hours/week - Pay: $24/hour ($16/hr through 208 Homecare payroll + $8/hr cash) - Schedule: Flexible but preferably 7:30-10:30 AM, 1-3 days per week JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Assisting with morning routine and developmental activities - Administering tube feedings (after nurse sign-off) - Support safe oral feeding for dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) REQUIREMENTS - Complete required orientation, background check, and drug screening through 208Homecare - Complete nurse sign-off for tube feeding (training provided)
