Seeking Experienced Caregiver For 10-Year-Old Autistic Boy (Non-verbal)

I'm looking for a patient, reliable, and experienced caregiver to support my 10-year-old autistic son. He is non-verbal, very sweet, and energetic. Thrives with calm structure and consistency. He's not potty trained, so the caregiver must be comfortable with diaper changes and personal care. Experience with autism, behavioral support, or special needs care is highly preferred. An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) would be wonderful, but it is not mandatory. Compassion and patience are what matter most. Care is needed every other week, as he alternates time between parents.
