Seeking an experienced specialized nanny or NCS for our 1-year-old with GERD, allergies, and severe Behavioral Feeding Aversion. Your primary focus is feeding management. She is hyperactive/distracted and has a negative association with the bottle due to past pain. Requirements: * Experience: Proven history with medical feeding issues/aversion (not just "picky eating"). NICU, Nursing, or OT/SLP background preferred. * Zero Pressure: Must practice "Responsive Feeding." If she refuses/arches, you stop immediately. No forcing, tricking, or coaxing. * Resilience: Ability to remain emotionally neutral and calm during refusals. We need someone with "nerves of steel" who understands the medical nuance of aversion.
