Weekend Caregiver with Autism Experience - Novato, CA $20-$28/hr DOE | Flexible Schedule | Must Have Car Family seeking a caregiver with autism experience for a 10-year-old creative and energetic child who benefits from structure, sensory play, and emotional/behavioral support. Responsibilities: Behavioral/emotional regulation Redirecting looping behaviors Sensory engagement Community outings (parks, walks, active play) Bathroom reminders/light hygiene Transportation required Schedule: Friday evenings, or Saturday and Sunday during day (10am-2 p.m. preferred) Two 3-4 hour weekend shifts per week Ideal candidate: Experience with ASD/ADHD or behavioral support Patient, calm, and confident English-speaking Non-smoker Comfortable with pets 18+ with reliable car Pay: $23-$28/hr paid through respite agency (onboarding process required)
