Sweet, Special Needs 16 Year Old Girl

Hello everyone, we are looking to hire a play companion/friend/babysitter for my 16-year-old daughter on the autism spectrum (mild). She is very sweet, playful and kind but developmentally delayed. She has no adverse, or aggressive behaviors but rather gentle and soft. Acting experience is a plus, age 18-30 years old is preferred because we want her to feel like she is hanging out with a peer, not a babysitter. Kind, patient, gentle, and playful personality is preferred in a new caregiver. Thank you!
