Seeking a compassionate caregiver for my 16-year-old daughter with severe special needs. She is non-mobile, in a wheelchair, weighs about 70 lbs, and requires full personal care. Duties include diaper changes, giving medications, helping her get ready for the day, assisting with positioning, and engaging her in simple activities. Must be patient, dependable, and comfortable providing total care. Hours vary. Pay is through respite.
