Babysitter Needed For Two Boys ( Summer Hours!)

We have 17-year-old son with Down Syndrome and a 12-year-old son. Our 12-year-old son is mostly independent and plays with other children in the community, but needs to be checked in with, reminders to eat and occasionally driven to places that he needs/wants to go. Our 17-year-old son is who we need the most care for. He is hard to understand verbally, very active, needs routine and close attention due to history of trying to bike away. He enjoys swimming in our pool, cleaning around the house, playing instruments, listening to music, and is very loving! He is go with the flow and extremely outgoing! He needs reminders to use the bathroom and may have some accidents. At times he needs assistance with toilet/showering needs. They both enjoyed going on outings and various activities throughout the week with our previous nanny. We provide allowance for activities throughout the week. Patience with our special needs son and his various needs. Outgoing and active to entertain a 13-year-old and our active 17-year-old special needs son. On-time and reliable for this position, communicative with any issues/needs with schedule. Experience with special needs is preferred. No pets. Our 17-year-old special needs son has a phobia of animals, particularly dogs and birds.
