We're a warm, close-knit family seeking an after-school caregiver for our 7-year-old adopted daughter, who has ADHD and a significant trauma history. She's bright, curious, and full of energy. We're looking for someone who can hold strong, consistent boundaries with warmth and respect, offer clear feedback and expectations, and keep things light, fun, and engaging. Ideal candidates stay calm and flexible, and value safety, kindness, honesty, and curiosity. Duties include school pick-up, snack prep, play, and helping with routines and transitions. Experience with trauma-informed care or neurodivergent kids is a plus. Reliable transportation required. We value caregivers who see kids as whole people--deserving of compassion, structure, and joy.
