Previous caregiver experience that is reliable with flexible schedule hours to care and work with mild intellectual 56 adult male with Cerebral Palsy, Myasthenia Gravis, Syncope and history of aspiration pneumonia. All duties will be discussed during interview with parents, medical team etc which can require complex medical support needs for his safety , comfort and medical needs. Start date 6/2024, $13. 34 hr, 36 hrs. 18 &up, non smoker, must pass background check from State, previous experience and references, able to complete paperwork with third party agency for payment(includes daily hours input using an App on device), much have a driver license and record to include reliable transportation to use to transport consumer (no reimbursement). Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, meal prep and having a reliable car. Family Age Groups: Adult. Diagnosis: Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Mobility Challenges, Cerebral Palsy, Speech Delay, Food Allergies, Seizure Disorder, Diabetes.
